Takarajima 24 Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides a temporary
baggage storage service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") in accordance with the
following terms and conditions.Customers who use the Service (hereinafter referred to as
"Users") agree to these terms and conditions when applying for use.
Article 1 (Usage Fees)
1.The usage fee for baggage (hereinafter referred to as "Luggage") is 500 yen (including tax) per
item for every 12 hours and 1000 yen (including tax) per item for every 24 hours.
2.The usage fee is payable in advance at the time of depositing the Luggage.
3.No refunds will be provided if the Luggage is picked up before the end of the usage period.
Article 2 (Usage Method)
1.Users can deposit Luggage at locations designated by the Company.
2.The return of Luggage to Users will be conducted at the counter of the store where the Luggage was deposited.
3.When depositing and picking up Luggage, Users must follow the procedures specified by the Company.
Article 3 (Scope of Responsibility)
1.The Company will compensate for damages, loss, or theft of Luggage during storage,within the range of the
usage fee.
However, the following cases are excluded :
・Damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, etc.
・Damages arising from the contents of the Luggage (e.g., spoilage, deterioration, etc.).
2.The Company stores deposited Luggage in a room temperature and humidity-controlled area within the store
or warehouse and assumes no responsibility for any changes or alterations to the Luggage during storage.
Article 4 (Prohibited Items)
1.Users cannot deposit the following types of Luggage :
・Valuables (jewelry, watches, etc.),・precision equipment (computers, digital cameras, gaming devices, tablets, etc.)
・
・Explosives, flammable or other dangerous items
・・Fragile items, perishable goods, refrigerated or frozen items, fresh produce, flowers,
items prone to leakage or change
・Items that violate public order and morals (e.g., drugs, illegal substances)
・Items not listed above but deemed difficult for the Company to store
Article 5 (Usage Time and Extension Fees)
1.The usage time of the Service is as determined separately by the Company.
2.If Luggage is not picked up within the usage period, an extension fee of 1000 yen will be charged for up to
24 hours of overtime, and 1000 yen for every subsequent 24-hour period. If the Luggage is stored in the
Company’s designated warehouse as per Article 7, Paragraph 2, the time taken to return the Luggage to
the depositing store will be included in the extension fee.
Article 6 (In Case of Violation of These Terms)
If the User violates or is suspected of violating these terms, the Company may inspect the Luggage
without notifying the User. Depending on the situation, the Company may dispose of the Luggage or
take other appropriate measures within the period specified in Article 7.
Article 7 (Storage Period)
1.The maximum storage period at the store is 3 days. If not picked up, the Luggage will be moved to the
Company's designated warehouse.
2.The maximum storage period at the Company's designated warehouse is 7 days. After this period, the Luggage
will be disposed of.
Article 8 (Other)
1.Any matters not stipulated in these terms will be decided through consultation between the Company and the User.
2.The contents of these terms may be changed at the Company’s discretion.
